Prenatal Birth Prep: Mondays 5:30pm
For those interested in physically preparing for pregnancy and birth to feel strong and grounded as they navigate the start of parenthood. Help combat the physical toll and demands of pregnancy and birth with comprehensive exercises specifically designed for pregnant people.
Classes alternate strength training and yoga every other week.
Postpartum and want more than one class per week?
Feel free to join the prenatal classes for more weekly movement and community!

Postpartum Recovery: Wednesdays 5:30pm
Whether you had an unplanned c-section, a problem-free vaginal birth, or anything in between, navigating how to recover from birth and feel strong in your new body is daunting. Luckily, you don’t have to navigate that path alone. Recover from your birth (no matter what that looked like), rebuild your core, and return to your favorite activities in a community setting.
Classes alternate yoga and strength training every other week.

Bees and Babies Mom Group: Sundays 11:30am
The Hive offers a FREE in-person mom group for anyone looking to build community, make mom friends, and connect with other humans walking similar paths. How are our groups different? Planning-to-be moms and pregnant moms-to-be are welcome because we know that trying to find a community postpartum is isolating, so why not start now?
