She is a wonderful fitness trainer who specializes in pre/post natal fitness. I truly enjoy my class with her and look forward to it weekly. "In pregnancy, it can be so easy to feel out of touch with your body. But Bea's prenatal instruction is an invitation into a new dialogue. I've learned to tune into subtle muscles crucial for birth and postpartum while building strength through functional movement circuits. Her energetic playlists and sweat-breaking routines remind me to fully inhabit my body. Every session I'm challenged without feeling overtaxed.
