Welcome to The Hive by Bea

The Hive by Bea was created with one simple belief—that nobody should have to ‘figure out’ how to prepare for birth—or recover from it—alone.

The Hive is a central hub for prenatal fitness, birth preparation, postpartum core recovery, parenthood strength training, and above all else, community and friendship.

No matter your schedule, budget, or resources, we’ve thought it through. The Hive by Bea has something to offer everyone so you don’t have to navigate this transformative time alone.

What we’re about:

  • Want to exercise during pregnancy but don’t know where to start—or what is safe? I can help. We’ll focus on breath work that will come in handy on the big day, stretch with intention to prep for birth, and strength train to ease aches and pains and prepare you for birth and parenthood.

  • Don’t know how to feel like yourself again after birth? I can help. We’ll dive into deep breath work to rebuild the mind-body connection post-birth, work on gentle movement safe for all postpartum bodies, and challenge ourselves with parenthood themed strength training.

  • All moms are welcome, including moms-to-bee that are currently pregnant or trying to build a community pre-pregnancy and birth. Come share your experiences, connect with other moms, and build friendships— free of charge.
